Reciprocating Engine Array in PJM

Tangibl originated and raised development funding for a series of small gas-fired generation projects in the shale-gas regions of PJM.  Working with the project development team, Tangibl provided all engineering support for entire development project, including recommendations for engine providers and emissions control.  We performed power system modeling including load flow simulations to estimate cost allocations for network upgrades.  Tangibl managed the PJM process for 25-30 PJM interconnection requests that resulted in the successful execution of 12 Interconnection Agreements and represented the project companies at PJM on all relevant ISO and FERC regulatory matters, including development of bidding strategy for PJM Capacity Auction.

Unlike many project developers, Tangibl has the capability to self-perform key functions such as site identification and control, off-take, fuel supply and construction contract negotiations, electric transmission network analysis, interconnection studies, and project engineering.
