Paul Woody

Paul A. Woody is Senior Program Manager at Tangibl Group, Inc. In this position, he is responsible for program management of projects executed for Tangibl electric utility and power generation clients. Mr. Woody has significant experience with electric utilities as well as the upstream oil and gas industry.

His utility experience includes managing the land program associated with Dominion Energy’s distribution capital program. Mr. Woody managed between 15 and 75 right-ofway agents who generated approximately 1,200 easements per year for 75-120 domestic electric distribution upgrade projects over 22 counties in Virginia. He has extensive experience in the lower 48 states as a Landman for upstream and midstream oil and gas production and pipeline projects, coalbed gas, and telecommunications facilities. Mr. Woody’s areas of expertise include Program Management, Project Development, Public/Government Relations, Lean/Six Sigma Facilitation, NEPA Plans of Development, State & Federal Permits & Leases, Surface & Mineral Title, and Construction Damage Mitigation.

Mr. Woody holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Woody also served his country in the United States Marine Corps, having achieved the rank of Captain as a Supply Officer.
