Jeff Fleeman

Jeff Fleeman is Technical Program Manager at Tangibl Group, Inc. Mr. Fleeman is widely recognized as a technical leader in the North American electric transmission industry. He has over forty years of experience including senior technical management at a major U.S. electric utility, and leadership of two different and innovative utility-affiliate ventures focused, respectively, on electric transmission design and resilience. Mr. Fleeman’s experience includes transmission substation engineering, major substation equipment engineering, programmatic and system-wide management of critical transmission and substation assets, and the application of advanced technologies to transmission business development. Mr. Fleeman has chaired and/or participated in numerous national and international technical committees, co-authored dozens of peer-reviewed technical papers, and received awards from industry regulatory bodies, trade associations and major industry publications.

Mr. Fleeman holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from The Ohio State University. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Ohio.
